FLX Tour launches survey for 2025 tournament dates

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (FLX) — It might be the dead of winter, but fantasies of fairways are beginning to resurface.

FLX Tour officials released a survey Monday for Tour pros to select their preference for the 2025 tournament dates.

“We realize that everyone isn’t going to be able to play in each tournament,” said FLX Tour Co-Commissioner Shane Driffill. “That’s why we altered the Young Man of the Year race to take that into factor, and this year we’re offering a survey for our dates so we can do our best to accomodate the most popular choices, as long as our course partners are willing.”

The survey offers choices for dates for each of the four major tournaments on the Tour’s annual calendar, as well as the second annual Commissioner’s Cup which will officially kick off the season in May.

“It takes months of planning for these events, and we know that schedules are always subject to change, so by getting these dates in front of our players now, we’re giving them the most flexibility possible to participate,” said FLX Tour Co-Commissioner Matt Driffill. “After we get our survey responses, then we’ll book our dates with the courses and its all systems go from there.”

“These guys with wives and kids need a lot of time to prepare,” FLX Tour Head of Content and Rules Czar Joey Mortillaro said without a hint of sarcasm.

Tour officials say the survey will be open through the end of the month. Make your voices head, take the survey today!
