Meet the Pros: Josh Valletta

It’s that special time again …. we’re back with FLX Tour’s Meet the Pros!

Shine your bells because we’re ringing ’em today! We had the pleasure with meeting none othat than Josh Valletta and boy did we get into it! The young man doubles as a proud father and master realtor, who is also a proud sponsor of the FLX Tour.

While Valletta is rarely finding himself at the top of the leaderboard, he’s always among the highest fun meters on Tour in any event he enters. A pivotal member of the “Big 5,” Valletta is responsible for some of the most memorable moments on Tour, including arriving two holes late to the 2022 Genesee Invitational and serving up plate after plate with Matt Driffill at the 2022 Churchville Classic.

Well before the FLX Tour was a thing, Valletta also pulled off the impossible with a hole in one! It was a real worm burner shenk at Latta Lea, but the miracle ball rolled all 79 yards right from the tee to the green and then dropped into the hole. Kid’s just got the right stuff.

After appearing in two majors this year, Valletta finds himself ranked a lowly No. 31 for Young Man of the Year, but his legacy is secured forever in the FLX Hall of Champions after claiming a co-victory at least year’s two-man best ball tournament. Let’s get to know Josh!
